HERITAGE OVER HOMES:
SAVE THE ICONIC MIDWAY PASTURES

A farm that stands out.

Don't let family farms go extinct.

Heber Valley Artisan Cheese
is the result of what began with the Kohler's first dairy cow in the late 1800's. Today, the herd produces hand-crafted cheese sold in the Cheese Shop, surrounded by picturesque pastures at risk of development.

The Albert Kohler Legacy Farm
has been a way of life for the Kohler Family, and for the community as a whole. It is a foundation of the rural quality of life that defines the culture and character of Midway.
