Named in honor of Clark Willis, this property is a working agricultural property south of beautiful Bear Lake, which has been used for grazing activities since the 1800s, and in which 50% of the Protected Property soils are classified as State and Locally Important by the Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture. Property contains Big Creek which flows through the Property as an open water feature corridor whose terminus is Bear Lake. Agricultural uses include production of raspberries, currants, cherries and pasturelands. Property holds natural, aesthetic, open water, wetland and agricultural values.
