TAKE A CULTURAL ECO TOUR

Lundin Farms
A major step forward...Now we need YOUR HELP!
In Wasatch County, the Lundin family has been a part of the soil and a part of the community for more than a century and a half.
The foundations of the potrock barn and the still standing one room brick homestead are a reminder of how the land shapes us, the hard work of farming and those who have come before. It reminds us that what we do now will shape the community of tomorrow.
On July 1st, through a unanimous vote, Wasatch County Council approved $2 million from the open space bond fund for the Lundin Farms. A week earlier Midway unanimously approved $1 million.
NOW Utah Open Lands needs to raise $4.5 million to permanently protect this land.
The Lundins could have sold out to development.
Instead they have agreed to protect the land and provide a place for a community trail. For now the race is on for Utah Open Lands to raise the rest of the money. This is a major step forward, but we are far from done. Please consider rallying behind this project with a donation today. You can designate it directly for the Lundin project by clicking "Donate".
