Located in the Northfields of the Heber Valley, this farm is comprised of lush riparian meadows supports an active beef cattle operation. The Giles family have owned and worked the Property for decades and pursued an agricultural land easement in order to preserve the agricultural and cultural heritage that they cherish in the Heber Valley. The property's fields and wetlands provide stunning scenery apparent from Highway 40, a thoroughfare connecting Park City and Heber City, as well as from the many peaks of the Wasatch Mountain Range.
