Alpine City has reached out to Utah Open Lands as the city considers permanent preservation options for Lambert Park. Utah Open Lands is seeking input from the community and various community leaders on the framework and tool to be used to preserve lambert park.
ABOUT LAMBERT PARK
Lambert Park, located in Alpine City, is comprised of 255 acres of natural area. Hiking and mountain biking trails and the rodeo grounds that host the Alpine Days Rodeo, can be found in this open space. Lambert Park has cultural characteristics and unique wildlife habitats, making it a valuable open space for the community. As Alpine City looks to the future of this park and its benefit to the community, they have reached out to Utah Open Lands to consider the permanent preservation framework needed to maintain it as an open space.
