As Executive
Director of Utah Open Lands, Wendy has been with the organization since

and is now Utah's only statewide land trust. Wendy is considered among
the statewide experts on conservation easement transactions and negotiations
and is responsible for much of the conservation momentum gained in the
last few years. Originally from Massachusetts, Wendy moved to Utah in
1981. She graduated from The Waterford School-Provo in 1981, and continued
with her education to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and History

as to the benefits of open space preservation. She currently serves
on the board of Envision Utah a planning effort throughout the state
