Description: This open space is near Marion, in Summit County. The Property provides open land on the foothills of the Uintah Mountains with scenic and recreational value. The north part of the Property slopes into Hoyt Canyon. The Property is also currently adjacent to other open, foothill lands and riparian habitat important for wildlife including mule deer and elk. This land preserves foothill property important as part of the winter range of deer and elk in the Kamas Valley, and also provides an access point for enjoyment of foothill and mountain natural areas.
