Description: The Mulberry Grove subdivision is planned as a model of sustainability. The plans include this gem of open space, protected by a conservation easement, energy efficient homes accessed primarily on foot or by bicycle, provision of irrigation water (rather than culinary water) for outdoor water needs, and space for organic farming. Residents will be incentivized to increase sustainability through home design or practices that spare non-renewable and or scarce resources, avoid pollution, and contribute to healthy environmental systems.
