Description: After the children from KOPE (Kids Organized to Protect the Environment) cleaned up debris and garbage from this urban park in downtown Salt Lake's Sugarhouse District, they approached UOL with the intention of permanently preserving this island of open space as a natural oasis. In early May of 2000, UOL accepted a conservation easement donation from Salt Lake City Corporation to ensure that Hidden Hollow will be protected for the kids forever.
