Description: Utah Open Lands, along with Save Our Canyons, Trust for Public Lands, and Salt Lake County, joined forces to protect this property at the base of Grandeur Peak. The land was conveyed to Salt Lake County for use as public open space and trails, with Utah Open Lands holding a conservation easement that protects the property from development in perpetuity. this effort protects public access to the Bonneville Shoreline Trail, Grandeur Peak and the wilderness areas beyond.
